Holosun Warranty Policy

Holosun offers two types of warranty for its products:

1- Classic Warranty 

2- Elite Warranty

Holosun Classic Vs. Elite Warranty: Products Covered

The Classic Warranty covers Red Dot sights with aluminum housings and lasers with aluminum housing. On the other hand, Elite Warranty exclusively covers Holosun Elite products only, including Red Dot sights with Titanium housings, Green and Gold dot sights with Aluminum or Titanium housings, etc.

Holosun offers varying warranty durations tailored to different types of manufacturing defects in products covered under classic and elite warranty. Here’s what to expect in either case:

Holosun Warranty Review – What To Expect

While Holosun offers decent warranty policies, you may have to face some challenges during the warranty claim process. But the good news is, you can still end up with a satisfactory resolution if you’re patient and ready to deal with what feels like a warranty ‘marathon’.

Slow Response Time

If you’ve ever had the chance to reach out to Holosun for warranty, you’d know how long it takes for them to get back to you. 

In most cases, Holosun takes around 2 to 3 weeks to even begin inspecting the returned product for issues or defects. The warranty department and customer support team is not very responsive and mostly rely on one-size-fits-all replies. 

So even right from the start, the process can really test your patience. However, it’d be unfair not to mention that they do inform you of this time frame in advance so you know what to expect when you initiate the warranty process. 

Lengthy Repair or Replacement Process

Whether it’s a repair or replacement, Holosun’s warranty process tends to test your patience. Given that it takes them over 2 weeks to even begin inspecting the case, you can only imagine how long the whole process might stretch out. In most cases, the whole process drags on to a whopping two months. 

Manufacturing Defects and Warranty Claims

Holosun’s warranty department is often swamped with requests from customers. This indicates that Holosun, perhaps, has a lot of malfunctioning products in its manufacturing line and thus, an inconsistent quality control.
